What you should look out for if you are hiring a nanny/au pair.
1) Consider hiring someone who has children of her own or one who has at least 4 years previous experience in looking after children.
2) Get references or details of x employers if any or her relative's details. Ensure that you contact those people to know more about the Nanny/Au pair.
3) Police check is very important. Take a copy of ID and check their references.
Being a working mum, you will need a nanny/au pair that you can trust 100%. A nanny/au pair that you can leave at home with your kids without doubt or worry.
Tip of the day: try and keep calling home in regular intervals when you are at work to check if your child is safe. Or allow Helphandz to do all that for you.
